Carly Hiett
Infant Sleep Instructor
Carly is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a mom of three. After struggling with sleep in early parenthood, as many families do, she realized how deeply it affected her mental and physical health. Searching for a gentle, responsive approach to support sleep (not cry-it-out or strict schedules) led her to The Mama Coach, a global community of RNs supporting families through the postpartum period.
Through their evidence-based education, Carly learned how infant and toddler sleep develops and its process, what impacts sleep, and
how to nurture a healthy sleep foundation, without added stress.
Now, after completing their training program, she’s joined the cause and is passionate about helping other families in her community feel empowered, prepared, and supported, from the start, by bringing sleep education into the prenatal conversation, before challenges arise.
