Lacy

Lacy Mayberry received her Master of Fine Arts degree in creative writing from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Along with her work here as Communications Manager, she teaches writing part-time at Midland College.

She had her three daughters at home in an inflatable kiddie pool back when the idea sounded outlandish to almost everyone she knew. Her birth experiences felt pivotal and empowering and she's happy that natural childbirth has migrated more into the mainstream—and even happier to be working at The Birth Center!
