Sarah
Sarah Catalino is a dedicated medical professional and passionate advocate for women’s health with over 15 years of experience as a medical assistant. Originally from Idaho, Sarah relocated to Midland in 2022 with her husband, who accepted a job opportunity in the area. The couple has been married for 14 years and together, they are the proud parents of four children, whom Sarah homeschools.

Sarah’s deep commitment to care and service extends beyond her professional work. She has always been passionate about supporting others, particularly women, during pivotal moments in their lives. Her own personal experiences with a range of pregnancy and birth outcomes—including ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, preeclampsia, induction, epidural, and natural physiological labor—have shaped her mission to empower and guide women through their own unique pregnancy, labor, and delivery journeys. She believes these experiences, which were part of God’s plan for her, have prepared her to help others navigate their challenges and triumphs with compassion and confidence.

In addition to her medical background, Sarah is an active member of her community, serving in several ministries at her church. She enjoys spending her free time baking with sourdough, practicing jiu-jitsu with her children, and nurturing her family.

Sarah recently completed a DONA doula training workshop and is currently working toward her DONA certification. As the first "in-house" doula at the Birth Center, she is excited to support and empower women through their birth experiences, offering a holistic and compassionate approach to labor and delivery.
Sarah is excited to combine her professional experience, personal journey, and passion for helping others as she continues to serve and support women in her community.
