With over five years of experience in high-risk labor and delivery, Ashtyn Lair is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a deep commitment to supporting women through their most vulnerable and powerful moments. She has worked in a high-risk labor and delivery unit and served as a Maternal Transport Specialist, where she was entrusted with the care of expectant mothers facing complex medical conditions.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Abilene Christian University, and her passion for maternal health has driven her to specialize in advocating for women during birth. She believes every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and supported. She strives to create a compassionate, empowering environment where they can feel safe and valued throughout their birthing journey.

Her family recently moved to Midland and she is a proud mother of two sons, Knox and Nash. Ashtyn cherishes the opportunity to support others as they navigate the transformative experience of motherhood.
